Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation window (0–12 hours):
Any order can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. If a cancellation request is approved within this window, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days, following the standard refund process.

Changes to order information (0–12 hours):
Within the same 0–12 hour window, requests can be made to update order details such as shipping address, recipient name, or contact information.

After 12 hours:
Cancellation or modifications may no longer be possible, as the order may have entered processing or shipped. Best efforts will be made to assist, but completion is not guaranteed after the 12-hour mark.
