At Cozymomstyle, I believe returning an item should be just as easy as buying one. That’s why I offer a 30-day return window, accept both defective and non-defective product returns, and cover all return shipping costs. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind with every order.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return
I accept returns:
You received the wrong size, color, design, or style.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
You changed your mind (as long as the item remains in new condition).
3. Product Condition Requirements
✅ Acceptable Conditions
Item is brand new, unused, and unwashed.
No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.
Tags are attached, and original packaging is included.
Items sold as sets (e.g., top and bottom) must be returned together.
No alterations or custom modifications.
Opened but unused products are accepted.
❌ Unacceptable Conditions
Washed or worn items.
Visible damage, strong odors, or misuse.
Missing tags or packaging.
Returns requested after 30 days.
Incomplete or altered products.
⚠️ Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded and may be shipped back at your expense.
4. How to Submit a Return
Email me at 📧 contact@cozymomstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
I will send you a free return label to download and print.
Pack the item securely with all tags and original packaging, then ship it using the label provided.
Once I receive and inspect your return at:

your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
5. Refund Timeline
- Any refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 2 business days of me receiving your order back and reviewing your order and approving your return request.
Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and can only be returned after delivery.
7. Exchanges
- If you need to change to a different size, color or design, please cancel the order and I will refund and you will place a new order. “Note” I do not exchange items so please read my policy carefully.
8. Gift Returns
If your order was marked as a gift during checkout and shipped directly to you, I will issue your refund as a digital gift credit once the return is approved.
9. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with consumer protection laws in all regions where I operate, including the U.S. and EU. If your local laws grant you additional protections, those rights are fully honored.
