Coverage & Carriers
I currently ship within the United States using trusted domestic carriers. A tracking number is provided for most orders.
Order Processing Time
I confirm and begin preparing your order within 0–1 business day after you place it.
Order confirmations are handled Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (UTC-7). Orders placed outside these hours are confirmed on the next business day.
Processing includes production packaging.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and US public holidays.
Shipping Time
After processing, I hand your parcel to a US carrier.
Standard delivery typically takes 1–7 business days after carrier hand-off (timing varies by destination and carrier schedule).
Transit can take longer during severe weather, peak holiday periods, or other events outside my control.
Fulfillment Process
I handle every order with care to ensure quality and accuracy:
In-stock products: I pick items from my Colorado inventory and package them using standard apparel protections.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, I email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.
Flat Shipping Rate (US)
I charge a flat shipping fee of $5.00 on all US orders shown at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address (street, unit, city, state, ZIP). If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be returned; I can reship (additional postage may apply) or handle per my returns policy.
